From time to time we will undertake trips outside of school as part of the curriculum (e.g. Geography field trip), as a reward for exceptional effort (e.g. House points trip), or to experience new things and meet new challenges (e.g. Ski trip). A great deal of preparation goes into these occasions, and they are fully risk assessed for students and staff, with the aim of giving all of those attending a worthwhile and enjoyable experience. Parents will be asked to give approval for their son to attend, and there may be a charge involved.
We had a fishing trip on 22nd September to Coltsford Mill, open to students who wish to learn a new skill or improve their existing fishing techniques.

On the 1st December, Year 8 will be going on a shopping trip to buy decorations for their Christmas cakes from a local sugar craft shop. They work to a budget and make their own purchases.
